Session language
- All sessions are conducted online in both languages (Arabic – English).
Cancellation and postponement
- If a session is not booked, the appointment can be canceled or postponed.

- If you do not attend the session, the amount will not be refunded or you will be given a second session.
Date of cancellation and postponement
- Up to 48 hours before the session, you cannot cancel it, it cannot be postponed, and it is non-refundable.
Close the session
- If the session starts and you are not present until half the time has passed, the consultant will close the session, and you will not be able to refund its value.
Cancel the session through the consultant
- If the consultant cancels the session due to any emergency at any time, you will be refunded the full price of your session, and you can book a new session at a later time.

Internet quality
- You must ensure that the quality of the Internet is good well before the start of the session.
Charge the device
- You must ensure that the device you are using, whether a phone or computer, is well charged.

- You must open the session link five minutes before the appointment, to ensure that there are no technical problems, then wait until you are logged in.
